Hillview Middle School Menlo Park

88,000 SF new school construction at an occupied campus. The project included a library, state-of-the-art performing arts space, administration building, classrooms, covered walkways, gymnasium, commercial kitchen, and solar panel system. Classrooms are designed to support collaborative learning in all disciplines: science, industrial technology, computer, music, choir, and broadcast studio. The second phase was demolition of the existing school and construction of a new turf sports field and recreation areas in its place. Sitework and landscaping across the 9-acre campus was also provided. The project is CHPS verified.
